Revalidation Confirmer

Revalidation Confirmer

Midwives and nurses must prove to an examiner that they have fulfilled each revalidation requirement validationrevalidation requirement before the confirmer can sign a confirmation form.

Who is the confirmer?

The confirmer ensures that a practitioner complies with revalidation requirements and correct all documents.
Every midwife or nurse who goes through the new revalidation procedure will be many other people who will renew their status on the registry, from the coworker,  who participates in a discussion about their experiences and the group of colleagues who interact during the “participatory learning “participatory learning” aspect of their continual personal development.
Revalidation calls for every nurse and midwife to talk about and gain from their experiences. One of the most crucial functions performed by another during the revalidation process of a registered nurse is by confirmer.

What is the role of the confirmer?

The role of a confirmer is to inspect the evidence the nurse or midwife comes up with to prove that they’ve fulfilled each of the revalidation requirements. The registrants have the option of choosing whom they would like to serve as a confirmer. This person will determine if the evidence proves the registrant’s compliance with the Nursing and Midwifery Council requirements.
Due to the importance of this function and the importance of this role, the NMC strongly suggests that midwives and nurses request their manager to serve the confirmer for them if they can. Confirmers do not need to be registered midwives or nurses.

While most nurses and midwives have an administrator who can perform this role or know a practitioner. Who can act in this capacity, not all practitioners can access such a person. At Nursing Revalidation, we can offer the services of Confirmer.
